Dream Consoles is Hucknalls first Game Store. We have been in the computer games industry since September 1998.

We sell Games Consoles & Games, PC games, Trading cards & Toys.

Our Pre-owned Games start from £5.99

Consoles - PS One, PS2, PSP, Gameboy Colour, Advance & SP, Nintendo DS, Gamecube, XBOX, XBox360, Retro, PC and over the next few months PS3.

Trading Cards - Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Top Trumps & many more.

Toys - We have a wide selection from Bratz to Actionman, Tamagotchi's, also Barbie, MB board games plus many more.

Our Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not plant any cookies on your computer and we do not use 'spam'.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have specifically requested us to do so.
We will not give any of your details to a third party (except delivery information to suppliers in order to complete your order)

Orders

All purchases are normally processed within 24 hours and posted 1st class with a tracking number.

Purchases with in the UK over £50 is postage free*, Europe is postage free for purchases over £290.00*
*Excludes Games Consoles

Pre-Orders

Wherever possible, we will despatch your purchases in time for you to receive them on the actual release date*.

Returns Policy

Should you find it necessary to return a product to us at Dream Consoles please email our Customer Services Department within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We observe a 7 day exchange policy on internet purchases if you've changed your mind over a particular item as long as the game/item is still in the original packaging and has not been used, or 28 day policy for new faulty product and a 28 day policy for pre-owned faulty product.

When you receive your order, it will contain an invoice, detailing each item and its price. If you have received a damaged or faulty product or if you have received the wrong item and you need to exchange them. The return policy covers both new and pre-owned games/items. We would strongly recommend high value items being returned are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods that go missing (We do advise that on any return you at least obtain a certificate of posting and retain for your records).

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

The replacement or refund will be arranged upon our receipt of the original product.

Please note any in store loyalty scheme discount and in store promotions are not applicable to purchases on line.
